Study on the ensurance policy of forest recourses security

The forest is the main body of the land ecological system, is the physical infrastructure for human society to survival and development, forest resources security problems have a great influence on the sustainability of forestry and the national economy development, which have received china and the international community´s great concern. By reference to the seventh national forest inventory results, this paper make a general introduction to the quantity, quality and ecological safety conditions of China´s forest resources, and analyze the impact of system safety resources, forest fires, forest pest analysis, and imperfect overcutting system and policy on China´s forest resources security. At last, this paper put up with some available policies to ensure the security of forest resources, such as improve the monitoring and warning mechanisms of forest resources security, build up the legal system of forest resources security, and so on.
