Abstract :
The paper discusses the influence of the dielectric coating of envelopes upon the reliability of X-ray tubes. To improve the dielectric strength it is proposed to use the dielectrical covering of the envelope´s interior side made of oxides of chrome, Zr, Si, B. The results of the serial X-ray tubes, having been tested with these coatings are presented
