Analysis on strategic positioning in food production district of Heilongjiang province in northeast Asian economic circle

With the development of northeast Asia economy, how to play as a big food production district of Heilongjiang province, which appears increasingly important advantages, how to develop the Heilongjiang province in the northeast Asian economic circle, the development strategy of the development of food production is the key to make greater progress. This paper have analyzed the features of northeast Asian economic circle, and Heilongjiang food production and northeast Asian economic circle and opportunities facing the development strategy, then analyses the Heilongjiang food production in the prosperity of northeast Asian economic circle basis in reality.
