Abstract :
The paper has done systematic analysis to safety of offshore platforms, indicators system of which has been established, we comprehensively study safety evaluation of offshore platforms with grey theory integrated method that using gray statistics method to establish evaluation matrix, determining the weight of related indexes with the gray connection analysis and carrying on the comprehensive judgement with the fuzzy method. Then We has developed the safety evaluation of offshore platforms information system with VB and GIS on base of this model to carry on the especial analysis and the demonstration with the region related information to make decision support more effective and efficient.
