  • Abstract
Weak employee loyalty has always been one of the most serious problems faced by manufacturing enterprises. It is of great practical significance for analyzing the affecting factors of employee loyalty to build structural equation model around junior staff loyalty of manufacturing enterprises. The results show that employees´ personal feelings exert the most significant influence on their loyalty, and the employees are more concerned about the future development of enterprise and employee professional development. Compared with remuneration, employees put more value on non-financial rewards, such as working environment, communication with leaders and staff training opportunities, which will affect their loyalty and working performance, therefore, enterprises should pay attention to non-economic compensation. Employees´ job performance has a greater impact on their loyalty: a higher attendance rate or better job performance is usually associated with higher loyalty to their employers. According to our analysis, manufacturing enterprises should take measures on human resources management, enterprise environment and other aspects to improve their employee loyalty.
