Since the twenty-first century, the transformation and upgrading of industries has become one of the most vital and difficult tasks of Chinese economic development. Liushi is one of the birthplaces of "Wenzhou model", whose low-voltage electrical industrial groups have run into the bottleneck of transformation and upgrading after years of vigorous development. With the deep understanding of the history and current situation about low-voltage electrical industrial groups of Liushi, this article described its specific operating conditions and problems and took the changing environment of domestic and foreign into consideration to explore the direction and method of transformation and upgrading of industrial groups of Liushi.
