Abstract :
Aimed at the scarcity of mechanics in discrete manufacturing, this paper analyses the production mode of discrete manufacturing and its special characteristics of labor demand firstly. Based on the extensive management and special vocational cycle which brings team-building drawbacks and resignational-emotion fluctuations, causes for scarcity of this group is discussed. Then from the new generation mechanic group supplies, knowledge management, position supporting, employee orientation and humanized management, countermeasures for solving this problem is put forward.
