            Abstract : 
We address a new representation of DCT/Haar/ Slant matrices via the Jacket matrix based on the block-inverse processing. Following on the factorization way of the Jacket matrix, we show that the inverse cases of DCT/Haar/slant matrices are only simply related to their block inverse sparse matrices and the permutations
