Abstract :
Summary form only given. Numerous experimental observations indicate that the conventional Debye-Huckel model of dust particles interaction often fails. A new approach based on a kinetic description of the motion of screening electrons and ions had to be developed. We shall report our results of the dust particle interaction investigation obtained by the 3D Particle-in-Cell Monte Carlo Collisions simulations and a linear response theory. The dust particles in a surrounding non-equilibrium plasma under an external electric field present an open system. This leads to the appearance of new unexpected phenomena in the dust particles arrangement and dynamics, which will be discussed in the report on the base of our simulations using the Langevin molecular dynamics.
