Abstract :
The CISP Group is currently developing LabVIEW software for a large ATE project sponsored by a national consumer electronics company. When completed, the code will be tens of megabytes in size with hundreds of VIs. On projects of this size, software engineering and configuration management tools are a necessity. Elements of the Software Cleanroom Process design philosophy were successfully adapted to the LabVIEW environment. The paper outlines the processes used and shares experiences to date
