The debate of enterprise competitive advantage theory´s inspiration on the private economy´s upgrading and transformation in Zhejiang

Based on the study of the enterprise competitive theory´s development, this article believes that the essence of upgrading and transformation for private economy is reconstructing the competitive advantages of it. The private economy´s competitive advantages come from the factors both internal and external of enterprise. Then, this paper concludes that some inspirations of how the Zhejiang private economy´s development could upgrade and transform well, including market reconstruction, industrial cluster changing, area environment forming and four transformations.
