Abstract :
Electrical parameter measuring instrument is a most widely used instrument. An innovative electrical parameter measuring instrument with its advantage in transferring parameters by means of network communication is implemented in this paper. A dual CPU hardware system structure based on S3C4510B microprocessor, and 89C52 microcontroller is presented. A subsequent development of program under embedded operating system (OS) environment is also discussed.
