Abstract :
This paper describes a new method for a high performance speed control of electrical drive system using a field oriented control. An adaptive control system for compensating motor parameter variations is used. The algorithm used in this paper has been successfully applied to other systems. Simulation results are carried out, where the control performance is analyzed under the influence of changes of the rotor time constant
