Abstract :
This paper extends the connotation of "family governance". It believes that so called family governance is not limited to the governance of corporation and that we must pay attention to intra-family governance. Intra-family governance is mainly reflected in family relations, intergenerational succession, working atmosphere, etc. Multiple overlapping exists between intra-family governance and corporate governance with the general meeting of shareholders, board of directors, board of supervisors, and the management. In addition, in order to avoid the negative effects on agency cost, intergenerational succession and the enterprise atmosphere, intra-family governance relating to altruism is very important, including moral education and organizational justice principles.
