Abstract :
In the ages with economic globalization, knowledgeable informational, and marketable, the shape of enterprises which is as the part of economic activities is also keeping changed. The large enterprise is the pillar of national economy and an important mark that is used to measure the economic power and international competition abilities of a country, but the small-medium enterprises are also the important part of national economy. Because of the deficiencies of their own strength, stability and the ability to resist risks, the death rate of the small-medium enterprises is very high. The growth problem of small-medium enterprises has already become a world problem. We found the evaluation index system of the growth ability for the small-medium enterprise in this paper. We use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the real enterprise. The conclusions is that technological innovation is the continuous driving force for the growth of small-medium enterprises and the entrepreneurs are the important and indispensable resources during the growth of small-medium enterprises.
