Study on how government promotes development of private economy

Private economy is an important force for establishing socialism with Chinese characteristics and the inevitable choice for modernization. In post-crisis era advocating green GDP, sustainable development of private economy is affected by various influencing factors, but the government always plays a crucial and leading role in determining development road of private economy during economic system reform. The government shall speed up its reform at multi-levels including organization and function, practically perfect policy system for the development of private economy, vigorously promote private enterprises to develop green GDP and recycling economy, and finally strengthen the support effect of private economy in national economic system.
