Abstract :
This paper describes some problems encountered while converting the analog methodology for flicker measurements, internationally recommended, into a digital processing device. The main points considered are: filter conversion method, A/D precision compromises, minimization of sampling frequency, real-time calculation procedures and interfacing with IBM-PC microcomputers through a standard Centronics parallel port
