Abstract

Industry Innovation always has the spillover effects. The empirical analysis showed that the process innovation was the main form of innovation spillover in Jiangsu, and it was important in the development of the industries. In further promoting the development of leading industry in Jiangsu, we should focus on the relationship of innovation between industries, paying more attentions to the spillover effects of industry innovation, and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure by means of industry innovation. We should take the differentiation strategy according to different characteristics of industry. In particular, we should accelerate the service innovation and promote the integration of industries, in order to make the spillover effects of service innovation play its role efficiently.
