Abstract :
The choice of international transfer´s mode is one of the most important strategies for Chinese textile enterprises, it determines if the textile enterprises can succeed transfer or not. On the basis of the data from textile enterprises which have accomplished international transfer, this article analyzes the basic elements of host country for choice of transfer modes. Then this article inspects the influence on choice by Binary Logistic regression. The empirical results showed that the companies choose M & A mode probability is inversely proportional to the technical competence and proportional to the economic freedom in host country.
