Abstract :
The development of computer, spread supersonically and electronic media break the obstacle among men and their culture, a kind of unique world culture is taking shape. No matter that the world turns into smaller "global village ", obvious cultural difference exist on different district, different countries, which not only influences on the life of people, but also influences on the operation of enterprises. The implementation information construction progressively of enterprise of our country in recent years, but success rate is not very high, take application of ERP as an example, success rate is still less than 10%, To this reality, this subject thinks " the succeed of enterprise informationization has sizable relations with the corporate culture", and further study the corporate culture characteristic which benefit enterprise information construction.
