Abstract :
In order to improve performance of enterprises, the mathematical analysis method is used to design an incentive mechanism for managers. Results show that constraint degree, supervision strength, supervision motive, incentive strength, incentive direction, incentive frequencies are main influencing factors. Therefore, measures should be taken to enhance strength of these factors.
