Abstract :
With the survey on connection between corporate social responsibility and employment relation, it explores a new perspective to study overseas-funded enterprises´ employment relation. The emotional attachment is believed as the bond between enterprises and employees, which could be affected by the corporate social responsibility. With the evidence in Zhejiang Province, the social responsibilities for employee and customer are tested positively related to employee´s emotional attachment significantly. It illustrates that corporate social responsibility orientation of investors take the moderating effect. Some recommendations are also discussed for the overseas-funded enterprises in Zhejiang.
