Abstract :
Food industry belongs to the labor-intensive industry, and is the first industry which was opened to private sector since the opening-up policy of our country. And it also involves more private economy than any other industry, and the private food enterprises are the main force in the industry hereunder. The food events, such as melamine event and the plasticizer event in Taiwan, has involved many famous enterprises in the food industry. It should pay much more attention to the private food enterprises because of the specialty the environmental events of the food enterprises. The article hereby is about the thought of strategic defects existed in the competitiveness of the food enterprises, how improves the competitiveness of the private food industries and how protects the food industry against the danger in the environment.
