Research on the path of transformation and upgrade based on low-carbon economy to private enterprise

Along with the low-carbon era, the overwhelming majority of private enterprises are facing transformation and upgrading. Under the Low-carbon economy, the upgrading of private enterprises are confronted with two issues: one is the government policy; the other is their own problem. In this article, on the view of low-carbon economy perspective, analysis of the private enterprises to upgrade existent barriers and explain the private enterprise transformation and upgrading of the interaction; Seek the effectual method of upgrade and transformation of private enterprises, thus speeding-up Chinese industrial structure upgrade, and then promote the development of the low carbon economy and private enterprise.
