Abstract :
This paper briefly reviews the important role of the private entrepreneurs in the local economic development in Taizhou, and then analyzes the challenges of the ranks building of the private entrepreneurs, and the role of team-building mechanism played by the local government. At last, some effective government measures are brought to promote the team building of private enterprises in Taizhou.
