Agricultural development financing dilemma and solution strategies — Taking Zhejiang province for example

The financial problem is a significant factor that restricts the agriculture development. As an important organizer and major participator of the modern agriculture development, the new-type agriculture management principles which are represented by the agricultural leading enterprise, peasant professional union and plant cultivation rich family are limited by the problem of hard financing. This situation is heavily materialized in the regions of abundant physical capital and developed folk finance of Zhejiang province. This paper plans to take the Zhejiang province as an example, aims at the characteristics and personal existing problems in the new-type agriculture management principles, and puts forward that through continuous institution innovation and system construction, and by the joint efforts from the three aspects of government, bank and folk to create conditions and build environment, we can gradually solve the financing dilemma of the agriculture development basically.
