            Abstract : 
The role of human resources is becoming more and more important in enterprise development, management human resources is very important and sensitive. Human resource strategic management and strategic enterprise management are consistent, human resource demand forecast is very important in long-term development of enterprise. In this paper, we introduced multiple regression analysis to study on demand forecast of enterprise management human resources based on the characteristics of human resources demand and combined with enterprise strategic management theory, which will coupling the theory and practice in empirical.
