Abstract :
3D CT simulation and treatment planning system for radiotherapy (3D CT-Sim and RTPS) is a kind of computer aided therapy system. It is composed of computer tomography, laser alignment system, treatment planning system and linear accelerator. At first, 3D CT-Sim and RTPS´s configurations and principles of each part are introduced in detail in the paper. Then the actualization steps of surgery using 3D CT-Sim and RTPS are recounted. At last advantages of 3D CT-Sim and RTPS and it´s significance in computer aided therapy area are pointed out.
