Abstract :
This paper regards the operators in Wuhan Telecom Best Tone centre(WHTBTC) as the research object, and the operator\´s organization commitment for the research contents, on the basis of existing relevant research, this paper improved the definition of organization commitment, established "Personal attribute" and "organization commitment" as influencing variables to turnover intention; by using the statistical analysis method, the impact model of organizational commitment to turnover intention about operator in WHTBTC has been built, and some management suggestions for WHTBTC has been provided.
