Issuing on the financial support for private enterprises development in Zhejiang province: On the view of banks improving credit ration behavior

Abstract :
There is a vital role for commercial bank to promote or foster the economic transition for private enterprises. Global financial crisis ,melt with tighten monetary policy could intensify fund shortage for private small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang province which become the main obstacle to industrial transform and upgrade .Here, we illustrated that financial supply chain brought opportunities for bank to innovate its credit ratio behavior academically and practically . Compared with the traditional business, the one-to-one relationship between bank and customer is substituted by one-to chain that provide an opportunity for bank to break the technique obstacles by credit ratio and to innovate instruments for SME financing. Specially , we pay more attention to the regional financing ecological environment in Zhejiang province , discuss the changes in industrial operation mode and in financial business facilities, and suggest possible directions for further moves in credit innovation which would be support functions both for banks transition directly and for small and medium enterprises upgrade indirectly .
