Analysis of the transformation and upgrading problems of the small and medium enterprises cluster in Zhejiang Province — A point of view based on the adaptive evolution of complex system

In principle, small and medium enterprises cluster is a complex system that self-organizingly coordinates and evolves. Affected by inner and outer factors, such cluster may either evolve or degenerate. The capability of sustainable development of the "Block Economy" of Zhejiang Province, with clustering development as its main character, may directly result in the rise or the fall of the regional economy. In this article, under the background of China\´s transforming economical development mode and the changing global environment, we will use theoretical method of the complex system, to discuss and analyze some fundamental problems that occur during the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang\´s small and medium enterprises, as well as the way of facing and solving those problems.
