Abstract
Taizhou is the important base of China´s export- oriented industrial manufacture, and now is at the stage of rapid development, the realization of various of strategic objectives cannot do without the integration and development of human capital. Foreign language talent and foreign trade talent, as an important part of human resource, play an increasingly important role in the development of local private economy, this paper, based on the current situation of the conflicts of a prosperous and growing export-oriented private economy and the shortage of foreign language talent and foreign trade talent, conducts a specific analysis on the in-depth causes of the talent shortage from the perspectives of enterprise and staff, and put forward some constructive anti-strategies at the angle of local government, local higher education institutions and enterprises on attracting, retaining and training and fully using foreign trade talent.
