Abstract
An efficient, low-power CMOS circuit implementation of a current-mode, fully-differential synchronous chaotic oscillator is presented. The implementation consists of current integrators, simple current mirrors, and current-mode hysteresis elements. Simulation results from the CMOS implementation show the feasibility of the proposed signal encryption method by successfully performing chaotic synchronization at 1.5 volt power supply
