Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To solve the problem of channel organization in small hydropower stations, select single-chip radio transceiver-nRF24L01 and Power/Energy chip-CS5460 controlled by MCU-STC89C52 to design a wireless data transceiver system for field data acquisition, using modularized designing, to achieve the wireless data transmission in small hydropower stations. Test results indicate that the system has advance in technique and reliability in operation, which has high data transfer rate and strong anti-interference ability.
