Cluster Supply Chain Network Operating Mechanism: Co-Competition and Interaction

Cluster supply chain as a new type of network organization coupling of industry clusters and supply chain. It is a combination of competition and cooperation. While in cluster supply chain that exist interaction between logistics, capital flow and information flow in various units. Co-competition and interaction is to support the normal operation of cluster supply chain network. In this paper, we made classification of co-competition mechanism at different levels of the core networks and support networks in cluster supply chain network, and analyzed interaction mechanism from logistics, capital flow and information flow, expecting a better understanding of operation mechanism of cluster supply chain and its characteristics.
