Abstract :
The current understanding of knowledge has a typical dichotomy philosophy to explicit and tacit classification of knowledge, which really has shortcomings for the theoretic developing, variables measurement, and practical system design. We argued the concept and framework of the third category of knowledge, which is important, but not been paid enough attention before. We defined it as the knowledge may be stated but has not been stated yet. It is really a new aspect to make Nonaka´s SECI model more applicable to various contexts. The concept and framework were results of continuous work following the antecedent scholars, and thus have solid theoretical foundations. It not only has contributions to the academic research, but also benefits the practice.
