It has great significance to explore the ideological and political education of the colleges from the Inter-subjectivity theory, it can help us correctly understand the main ideological and political education, the relationship between educator and those received education so as to offer new method and point of view for innovating the methods and models of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education, under the guidance of Inter-subjectivity theory requires the educators to establish the service concept through dialogue and exchanges, which can guide students to achieve the goal of ideological and political education at the same times to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
