Abstract :
The design and measurement of the two identical single-ended amplifiers as well as differential amplifier on one die manufactured in AMS 0.35 μm SiGe BiCMOS technology are demonstrated. The realized IC is a part of an ASIC circuit family designed for implementation in the recent UWB radar system architectures.
