Abstract :
According to the present High Frequency (HF) Air-Ground Communications, interpolation algorithm is used to ascertain the distribution of every channel´s SNR along time on the route. A new ALE scan list updating strategy that is based upon the order of SNR is achieved according to the distribution of SNR. Meanwhile, the evaluation standards of performance are given. This paper also constructs the theoretical mode of link establishment successful rate and average link establishment time. According to the validation of simulations, the link establishment successful rate is greatly improved, and the average link establishment time is shortened, accordingly the quality of communication is enhanced.
