Abstract :
Look at the advances made in high speed data converter products for speeds approaching 1 GHz. Two key developments in this area are discussed. The first is an 8-bit 450 MHz digital to analogue converter and the progression to a 1 GHz device. The second is a 7-bit 1.0 GSPS analogue to digital converter fabricated on an ultra high speed bipolar process
