            Abstract : 
Fast display of realistic cloud scene is a challenging task for researchers in computer graphics. This paper describes a method of simulating cloud based on Perlin noise. The concept of Perlin noise and the method of generating Perlin noise are introduced firstly. Then related functions in our algorithm are described in detail. Some results and correspondence parameters are given. Experiment results show that this method can be used to generate cloud image.
