  • Abstract
An initially homogeneous traffic flow will change into a stable traffic flow with fixed speed, density and flow rate, whatever the initially state is free flow or oversaturated flow. The traffic demand on the road changes with the expected travel time, which was obtained by the Full Velocity Difference model. The simulation results show the final state is an stable, unsaturated traffic flow.
