  • Abstract
    Call access control (CAC) is one of the most important parts in wireless communication network resource management. The system allow or refuse the access according to certain standards of CAC strategy decision. It will have a direct impact on the performance of the network and resources utilization. In cdma system there is a algorithm based on a comparison of access control, but this strategy is in ideal conditions, which have a higher lost call probability because of lacking flexible management. This paper proposed an developed algorithm a adaptive algorithm which improved with the change of business. The simulation results show that the scheme has better performance, with small time delay, high precision, good performance, easy to realize, etc.
