Abstract :
Based on the fuzzy PID control theory, liquid level of the tank which output flow is arbitrary is controlled. Because the limited capacity of water tank and the water tank level influence on the output, we must adopt advanced and precise method to control the liquid level of tank. Since the output uncertainty using conventional PID control is difficult to achieving the desired results. Therefore, generally in the practical application use the fuzzy control method to achieve. This paper introduces a method based on fuzzy algorithm to control the liquid level of tank, and in MATLAB environment the actual operation of the system was simulated. Simulation results show that the proposed method can well control the system, and square of error up to 0.00008, achieving precise control.
