Abstract :
The B-transect wavelet has been accepted officially for the precise engineering technology project surface analysis standard by the International Standardization Organization 16610-29. Based on this standard, the wavelet transformation is a fractional differential is supposed through the analysis of fractal signal and the application. By the orthogonal fractional transect wavelet filter, the project surface fractal transect wavelet frame experiment has been finished, the related wavelet transformation algorithm design has been realized.
