Abstract
An e/sup +/e/sup -/ two-ring collider is being considered in KEK with a beam energy of 0.51 GeV and a peak luminosity of 3*10/sup 33/ cm/sup -2/s/sup -1/. Using an example, it is shown that such a ring can be constructed at KEK (Japan National Laboratory for High Energy Physics) with its present and already planned facilities, in a short period and at small expense.<>
