After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

"C Language Programming" is an important subject-specific basic test of university\´s computer specialty, it is originally professional students that study the ABC of course of the designing technique of the procedure. I combine one\´s own teaching experience, have carried on the deep discussion from teaching of theory to teaching of experiment. Stimulates the student to study the C language course thoroughly the interest, thus enhances this curriculum the quality of teaching.
