Abstract :
With the mature of multi-core technology, the question comes to how to design a highly-efficient and cost-effective multi-core structure. To work on this, the paper starts from the latest theory of Kill Rule, then explains a multi-core plane design research supported by large quantity of experimental data, and finally introduces a research on energy management.
