Abstract :
The teaching quality is enhanced by the way of improvement in which the PDCA circulation is used continually. This is because the quality of teaching and the teaching process is interaction, also and PDCA of four stages in teaching process. Therefore, this may say that the plan is the premise which the quality of teaching enhances, the implementation and the inspection method is chose is the guarantee, action is the indispensable, which The teaching quality is enhanced.
