Abstract :
The volumetric display technology is the major method to realize the true three-dimensional (3-D) display. The system adopts helix rotating screen to construct a 3-D physical space. It may meliorate the defects that smaller image space and severe vision dead zone caused by planar rotating screen in volumetric-swept display system. In this paper, some key techniques on the helix rotating screen volumetric-swept display system is researched based on plane rotating screen volumetric-swept display system.
